Robertson Heating Supply Announces Acquisition of MacDonald Supply.
 

Robertson Heating Supply (RHS) is pleased to announce it has completed a definitive letter of intent to purchase the assets of MacDonald Supply. MacDonald Supply is a 55-year-old, second generation distributor operating three Ohio locations in Findlay, Defiance and Bellefontaine.

“MacDonald Supply is a well-respected distributor with a strong level of customer service and a high performing team,” said President Scott Robertson. "This is an excellent opportunity to build on MacDonald’s foundation and to bring RHS’s strengths and competitive advantages to the professional trade in this region”.

Current owner, Kevin MacDonald, will remain with the business and help continue Robertson’s growth and expand its offering and representation of top tier plumbing and heating products.
