Mountain States Supply and Mountainland Supply announce completion of merger.

Orem, Utah-based Mountain States Supply Co., and Mountainland Supply Co., recently announced the completion of a merger, effective Jan. 1, 2016.

The new company will be branded Mountainland Supply Co. The Board of Trustees and company shareholders voted Brent Anderson as chief executive officer and Mike Edwards as president of Mountainland Supply Co. Ben Mecham was named vice president of operations.

For more than 60 years, Mountainland Supply and Mountain States Supply has been a supplier of plumbing, waterworks, landscape and agricultural products to customers in the Mountain West region.

Mountainland Supply Co. now provides products and services to commercial contractors, plumbers, builders, landscape contractors, farmers and industrials with a larger geographical footprint, including 13 branches that reach across St. George to Rock Springs and throughout the entire Wasatch Front.

This merger enables us to employ 260-plus employees that are now standing ready to serve our customers.”
